[pt] O presente estudo buscou analisar o nível de satisfação dos consumidores de telefonia móvel com sua atual operadora. Através da aplicação de um questionário do tipo survey com 136 clientes das cinco principais empresas do setor (Vivo, Claro, TIM, OI e Nextel). Constatou-se que o serviço de dados é o mais utilizado por esses clientes. A pesquisa também buscou identificar as principais razões que influenciariam uma possível troca da prestadora de serviço de telefonia móvel por parte dos respondentes e se os mesmos recomendariam sua atual operadora para familiares e amigos.

[en] The present study sought to analyze the level of satisfaction of mobile phone consumers with their current operator. Through the application of a survey questionnaire with 136 clients of the five main companies in the sector (Vivo, Claro, TIM, OI and Nextel). It was found that the data service is the most used by these clients. The research also sought to identify the main reasons that would influence a possible exchange of the mobile service provider by the respondents and whether they would recommend their current operator to family and friends.
