[pt] Esse trabalho tem, como objetivo principal, mostrar a importância da área logística em uma empresa de pequeno porte do ramo cervejeiro, mostrando o possível retorno econômico a ser obtido, em caso de uma estratégia mais bem elaborada na parte de Logística Empresarial. Para isso, foi feito um estudo de caso sobre a marca Trópica, que é uma das lideres do seguimento artesanal no Estado do Rio de Janeiro, analisando o caminho do seu produto desde o fornecedor ate o consumidor final, estudando as vantagens e desvantagens do sistema logístico atual, buscando a melhor estratégia a ser elaborada.

[en] This work has as main objective, to show the importance of the logistics area in a small brewing company, showing the possible economic return to be obtained, in case of a better elaborated strategy in the part of logistics. For this, a case study was made on the Trópica brand, which is one of the leaders of the artisanal area in the State of Rio de Janeiro, analyzing the path of its product from the suppliers to the final consumer, studying the advantages and disadvantages of the system logistic strategy, looking for the best strategy to be developed.
