[pt] Mulheres empreendedoras estão cada vez mais presentes no mercado brasileiro, quebrando barreiras, estigmas e contribuindo com soluções inovadoras para seus clientes. Muitas dessas mulheres abrem suas empresas enquanto ainda são estudantes do ensino superior, assumindo riscos e responsabilidades desde cedo. Este estudo tem por objetivo entender os motivos que levaram essas jovens estudantes a abrirem seus negócios antes mesmo de concluírem o ensino superior, além de identificar quais fatores dificultam esse processo e quais estratégias utilizam para superar os desafios do dia a dia da gestão do próprio negócio.
Resumo
[en] Women entrepreneurs are increasingly present in the Brazilian market, breaking barriers, stigmas and contributing with innovative solutions to its customers. Many of these women open their businesses while still being college students, taking risks and responsibilities from early on. This study aims to understand the reasons that led these young students to open their businesses before they even finished higher education, as well as to identify which factors hinder this process and which strategies they use to overcome the day to day challenges of own business management.
