[pt] O Projeto tem o objetivo de verificar as alocações tarifárias de consumidores de média e alta tensão cativos de uma distribuidora, julgando quantitativamente o custo de energia sob a ótica do consumidor. O projeto efetua a otimização do enquadramento tarifário do cliente, considerando para isso seu histórico de consumo e demanda de energia conforme as tarifas estabelecidas pela ANEEL. A partir do ponto de vista do consumidor, é definida a sua alocação ótima na tarifa que resulte no menor custo, dado as características da sua curva de carga. O projeto é realizado a partir de uma amostra de clientes obtido do banco de dados sobre clientes da ENEL. Levando em consideração que a ANEEL estuda a inserção de novas tarifas tanto para consumidores de média e alta tensão quanto para os consumidores de baixa tensão. A motivação do projeto surge em resposta aos casos em que muitos consumidores firmam o contrato de fornecimento de energia sem uma análise da curva de carga típica. O que acarreta na falta de informação suficiente para que se defina a alocação ótima quanto ao custo tarifário. Em análise das curvas de carga, busca-se saber não apenas o enquadramento, mas também se a mesma é influenciada pela definição da demanda contratada. Um dos fatores que também contribui para as alocações inadequadas seria a escassez de profissionais voltado para a área de apoio a métodos de decisão no quadro de técnico/especialistas dos consumidores destas classes de média e alta tensão.

[en] The purpose of the Project is to verify the tariff allocations of captive medium and high voltage consumers of a distributor, quantitatively judging the cost of energy from the perspective of the consumer. The project optimizes the customer s tariff framework, taking into account its history of consumption and energy demand, according to tariffs established by ANEEL. From the point of view of the consumer, his optimal allocation is defined in the tariff that results in the lowest cost, given the characteristics of his load curve. The project is carried out from a sample of clients obtained from the ENEL customer database. Taking into account that ANEEL studies the insertion of new tariffs for both medium and high voltage consumers and low voltage consumers. The motivation of the project comes in response to cases where many consumers enter into the power supply contract without a typical load curve analysis. This entails the lack of sufficient information to define the optimal allocation for tariff costs. In the analysis of the load curves, we seek to know not only the framework, but also whether it is influenced by the definition of contracted demand. One of the factors that also contributes to the inadequate allocations would be the shortage of professionals focused on the area of support for decision-making methods within the framework of technical / consumer specialists of these medium and high voltage classes.
