Resumo
[pt] O estudo a seguir diz respeito à influência do líder autêntico sobre o comportamento de indivíduos dentro das organizações. O trabalho analisa através de uma pesquisa empírica, se os líderes poderiam influenciar as atitudes e comportamentos de trabalhadores no ambiente profissional. Em outras palavras, o objetivo principal é verificar se um líder autêntico é capaz de promover a cidadania organizacional entre os funcionários de uma empresa. Com a pesquisa realizada e observada, chegamos à conclusão de que a liderança autêntica está associada com comportamentos de cidadania, e que tende a ter um maior impacto quando indivíduos possuem menos atitudes de benevolência e consequentemente, altruísmo.
Resumo
[en] The following study concerns the influence of authentic leaders on the behavior of individuals in the organizational context. The work analyzes through empirical research if leaders could influence the attitudes and behaviors of workers in the professional environment. In other words, the main objective is to verify if an authentic leader is able to promote organizational citizenship among the employees of a company. With the research carried out, we come to the conclusion that authentic leadership is associated with organizational citizenship, and that such impact is even stronger when individuals have less attitudes of benevolence and, consequently, altruism.
