[pt] Muitos empreendedores passam pelos mesmos problemas na hora de expandir seus negócios, desde conseguir investimento até as questões burocráticas que isso implica. Os coworkings surgiram como uma alternativa no meio do caminho que podem ajudar muitos antes de dar um passo maior no seu empreendimento. A autora do presente trabalho busca entender a melhor maneira de vender um espaço de coworking voltado para o universo gastronômico, utilizando como base a teoria do processo de tomada de decisão e entendendo as necessidades de seu público alvo. Para isso foi realizada uma pesquisa com diferentes empreendedores do setor gastronômico. A partir dessa pesquisa foi feita uma análise das respostas junto com uma proposta para solucionar o problema levantado que é Como vender um espaço de coworking voltado para a Gastronomia?
Resumo
[en] Many entrepreneurs go through the same problems when it comes to expanding their businesses, from the investment strategy to the bureaucratic issues involved. Coworkings have emerged as a mid-way alternative that can help many before taking a bigger step in their venture. The author of the present work seeks to understand the best way to sell a coworking space geared to the gastronomic universe. The theory of the decision-making process and the needs of its target audience will be used as the leading methods in this study. A survey was conducted with different entrepreneurs in the gastronomic sector. From this survey an analysis of the answers was made along with a proposal to solve the main problem raised.
