[pt] Este trabalho tem como objetivo identificar o estilo de liderança predominante em uma instituição de ensino básico. Para tanto, inicialmente foi realizado um levantamento bibliográfico sobre o tema liderança e abordado o modelo conceitual de liderança gerencial. Na sequência, a fim de obter os dados para análise, foi realizada uma pesquisa tipo survey e utilizou-se como instrumento de pesquisa questionários específicos que permitiram avaliar tanto a percepção dos líderes quanto dos liderados. Com os resultados obtidos foi possível analisar os estilos de liderança dos diferentes segmentos da instituição e, por fim, identificar o estilo de liderança predominante.
Resumo
[en] This work has the purpose to identify the prevailing style of leadership on an elementary school. Therefore, initially a bibliographic study on leaderships and an approach on management leadership concept was accomplished. Following, in order to obtain the necessary data for analysis, a survey research was used as groundwork through specific questionnaires which allowed an evaluation on the perception of the leaders and the led. With the obtained results, it was possible to analyse the leadership style on each cantle of the institution, and lastly, identify the prevailing leadership style.
