[pt] Esta pesquisa examina o fenômeno da orientação para o consumidor em alunos de Instituição de Ensinos Superior (IES) e analisar empiricamente se, e em que nível, alunos de uma faculdade particular de Administração de Empresas do Rio de Janeiro manifestam expectativas em relação ao serviço educacional oferecido que os caracterizariam como consumidores. Foi realizada uma pesquisa quantitativa com 100 estudantes, baseada na aplicação do questionário de experiências educacionais desenvolvido e validado por Koris e Nokelainen (2015). Com base nos resultados obtidos, o trabalho apresenta as categorias na qual se manifestam de forma mais evidente as expectativas dos alunos em serem tratados como consumidores, e analisa as suas implicações sobre a relação aluno X professor e aluno X instituição de ensino.
Resumo
[en] This research examines the phenomenon of consumer orientation in Higher Education Institutions (HEI) and analyzes empirically whether, and at what level, students of a particular Faculty of Business Administration in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, manifest expectations regarding the educational service provided that would characterize them as Consumers. A quantitative research was carried out with 100 students, based on the application of the student-consumer orientation questionnaire (SCOQ), developed and validated by Koris and Nokelainen (2015). Based on the results obtained, the work presents the categories in which the students expectations of being treated as consumers are most clearly expressed, and analyzes its implications on the relation between student X teacher and student X HEI.
