[pt] As favelas da zona sul do Rio de Janeiro, vêm crescendo bastante e junto a esse crescimento, pode-se observar a mudança no estilo de vida de muitas das pessoas que habitam esses locais, dia a dia mais pessoas migram, outras sonham em fazer o mesmo. O comercio vem crescendo de forma que poucos imaginavam, e junto a isso mostra-se mais presente o também crescimento das moradias, casas, prédios, albergues e até hotéis vem surgindo para habitar tanta gente que sonha ou tem o desejo de passar um ou mais dias na favela. Junto a essa demanda vem crescendo a valorização imobiliária, o que podemos explicar a partir da lei da oferta e da procura. Como em todos os lugares, pessoas migram para dentro e para fora, mas nas favelas da zona sul do Rio de Janeiro, essa migração é muito maior para as que vem.

[en] The slums of the southern zone of Rio de Janeiro, have grown enough and with this growth, one can notice the change in lifestyle of many of the people who inhabit these places, day by day more people migrate, others dream of making the also, the trade has been growing so that few imagined, and next to it shows up more in mind the well growth of villas, houses, buildings, hostels and even hotels are appearing to inhabit so many people dreaming or have the desire to spend or more days in the favela. Along this demand is growing property appreciation, we can explain from the supply and demand. Like everywhere, people migrate in and out, but in the slums of the southern zone of Rio de Janeiro, this migration is much higher for the next.
