[pt] Uma geração de jovens com características distintas das demais ocupa cada vez mais espaço no mercado de trabalho e impacta o ambiente organizacional. Assim sendo, é importante que as empresas busquem entender mais sobre esta geração e repensem as práticas de Gestão de Pessoas. O presente estudo possui o objetivo de identificar quais são as práticas de Gestão de Pessoas mais valorizadas pela Geração Y na escolha de oportunidades de estágio e, para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo com alunos de graduação de cursos distintos e instituições públicas e privadas do estado do Rio de Janeiro e que possuem experiência de estágio.

[en] A generation of young people with different characteristics from the others takes up more space in the labor market and impacts the organizational environment. Therefore, it s important that companies seek to understand more about this generation and rethink the People Management practices. This study has the objective of identifying which are the management of people practices that are most valued by Generation Y in the choice for internship opportunities and fin order to achieve this a field research was conducted with undergraduate students from different courses in public and private institutions of the state of Rio de Janeiro, who also have an internship experience.
