[pt] O principal objetivo do presente trabalho é avaliar a empresa Fibria. Através de um dos principais métodos de análise empresarial, o fluxo de caixa descontado, chegar-se-á ao valor justo da empresa. Para tal avaliação, serão apresentadas características do mercado de celulose no Brasil e no mundo, bem como a fundamentação teórica acerca do estudo. Em seguida, será aplicado o método de valuation, com base nas premissas elencadas, e, a partir daí, verificar-se-á se o valor unitário das ações negociadas na bolsa de valores está sobre ou subvalorizado.

[en] The main objective of this work is to evaluate Fibria company. Through one of the most used methods of enterprise s analysis, the discounted cash flow, we will find the company s fair value. For such evaluation, there will be presented characteristics of cellulose market in Brazil and around the world, as well as a theoretical foundation about the study. Then, there will be applied the valuation method, based on the listed assumptions, and, thenceforth, it will be possible to check if the equity s unit value traded in stock exchange is over or undervalued.
