Resumo
[pt] O presente estudo visa investigar os fatores que levam os jovens da zona sul do Rio de Janeiro selecionarem um bar de lazer para consumir. Utilizado o Método Analítico de Hierarquia proposto por Saaty (1980), foi hierarquizado os fatores mais relevantes para o objetivo global, primeiro, atribuindo pesos aos critérios e depois os relacionando com as alternativas. Para isso, foi realizada entrevista com grupo foco, a fim de levantar dados para formação dos critérios, em seguida, foi fornecido um formulário estruturado para relacionamento de critério com critério e numa segunda etapa, alternativa com alternativa sobre a ótica de cada critério com intuito de classificar as alternativas e avaliar os fatores influentes.

[en] This study aims to investigate the factors that lead young people of the south zone of Rio de Janeiro selecting a leisure bar to consume. Used the Analytical Hierarchy Process proposed by Saaty (1980) , it was hierarchical
the most relevant factors to the overall goal, first by assigning weights to the criteria and then relating them to the alternatives. For this, an interview was conducted with a focus group in order to collect data for formation of
