[pt] O trabalho tem como objetivo explicar o funcionamento do mercado de aluguel de ações no Brasil. Serão abordados todos os processos que envolvem o mercado de aluguel. Além disso, serão mostradas operações e estratégias que o investidor possa utilizar para adquirir um retorno maior para sua carteira. O trabalho descreverá como funcionam as operações de long & short e a de Juros sobre Capital Próprio (JCP). Para as operações citadas, também serão demonstradas situações de caso real e simulações, objetivando um melhor entendimento do leitor.
Resumo
[en] The paper aims to explain how the stock lease works in the Brazilian market. All of the processes that involve the stock lease market will be addressed. Also, operations and strategies will be showed so that the investors can use to get a greater return to its portfolio. The paper will describe how the operations of long & short and Interest on Capital (IoC) works. For these operations, real case situations and simulations will be demonstrated for a greater understanding of the reader.
