[pt] Há diferentes formas de se empreender e uma delas são os negócios sociais. Existem desafios comum a qualquer negócio, mas os negócios sociais têm particularidades e complexos desafios. Desta forma, surgem as organizações do ecossistema empreendedor brasileiro que apoiam e contribuem no desenvolvimento dos negócios sociais. Este trabalho tem como objetivo estudar duas importantes organizações que formam parte do ecossistema empreendedor do Brasil, o Instituto Gênesis, no Rio de Janeiro, e a Artemisia, em São Paulo, buscando compreender as estratégias que estas duas organizações utilizam para apoiar os negócios sociais.

[en] There are different forms of entrepreneurship, one of them being social businesses. In addition to the risks and the challenges common to any type of business, social businesses face some peculiarities. To address these, some organizations have come up in the Brazilian entrepreneurial ecosystem that support and contribute to the development of social business. This work aims to study two important organizations that are part of this ecosystem, the Instituto Gênesis in Rio de Janeiro, and Artemisia in São Paulo, trying to understand the strategies that these two organizations use to support social businesses.
