[pt] Esta dissertação, realizada em uma creche comunitária do município do Rio de Janeiro, tem o objetivo de estudar interações entre adultos e crianças. Prioriza interações e práticas que dão visibilidade à criança, a fim de perceber as potencialidades e fragilidades da instituição de Educação Infantil como espaço que favorece o encontro com a criança. A metodologia adotada foi observações (registros no caderno de campo) de uma turma de crianças de 3 a 4 anos; entrevistas com a coordenadora, professora, auxiliar e mãe/funcionária; e conversas informais com a diretora, professora e auxiliar. As categorias foram definidas a partir dos seguintes conceitos de Buber: presença, encontro, entre, diálogo. O primeiro capítulo trata do processo de construção da pesquisa. Contextualiza o estudo em diálogo com o referencial teórico, apresenta a Creche e os sujeitos pesquisados e a entrada no campo. O segundo capítulo é dedicado a Buber e Bakhtin. O ato de pesquisar é analisado, a partir de conceitos de Bakhtin, a fim de refletir sobre o lugar em que o pesquisador ocupa e como devem ser tratados os sujeitos de pesquisa. O terceiro capítulo analisa a observação e as entrevistas realizadas com o intuito de perceber se o espaço da Creche favorece que as crianças e os adultos que nele trabalham estabeleçam relações autênticas entre si. As considerações finais refletem sobre as positividades e como essas contribuem para relações verdadeiras, possibilitando encontros em que os sujeitos estejam presentes e em presença. As fragilidades são apontadas como possibilidades de mudança que colaborem na formação de espaços e tempos que priorizem a criança e seu desenvolvimento.

[en] This dissertation, performed in a community daycare in the municipality of Rio de Janeiro, aims to study interactions between adults and children. Prioritizes interactions and practices that give visibility the child in order to understand the strengths and weaknesses of early childhood education institution as a space that favors the meeting with the child. The methodology adopted was observations (records in field book) of a group of children 3-4 years old, interviews with the coordinator, teacher, auxiliary and mother / official and informal conversations with the director, teacher and auxiliary. The categories were defined from Buber s concepts of presence, meeting, between, dialogue. The first chapter deals with the research building process. Contextualizes the study in dialogue with the theoretical framework, presents the Daycare and the subjects researched and entry into the field. The second chapter is dedicated to Buber and Bakhtin. The act of searching is analyzed, from concepts of Bakhtin in order to reflect on the place where the researcher takes and how to research subjects treated. The third chapter analyzes the observation and interviews in order to understand if the Daycare space favors that children and adults who work in establishing authentic relationships with each other. The final considerations reflect on the positive aspects and how these contribute to true relationships, enabling meetings in which subjects are present and involved. The weaknesses are cited as possibilities for change that collaborate in the formation of spaces and times that prioritize children and their development.
