Resumo
[pt] O Design de Serviços surge como uma alternativa para projetar serviços mais eficientes e eficazes, que satisfaçam as necessidades das organizações e dos usuários. Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar um estudo de caso do projeto Make it Work, na cidade de Sunderland (Inglaterra). Observou-se que o Design de Serviços conseguiu gerar soluções inovadoras, que trouxeram resultados positivos para a prefeitura da cidade e para a sociedade em geral.
Resumo
[en] Service Design is an alternative for dealing with complex problems, teaching how to design more efficient and effective services able to meet organizations and users’ needs. Service Design shows up as a good alternative to be used. In this context, this article aims to make a case study of the project Make it Work in the city of Sunderland (England). Service Design was able to generate innovative solutions, bringing positive results for the city council and the society in general.
