[pt] Este artigo estabelece possíveis relações entre a formação no âmbito da educação on-line e as práticas letivas dos docentes, refletindo sobre o modo como a formação provocou mudanças nas práticas letivas e influenciou os docentes na estruturação e planejamento das Unidades Curriculares (UCs). Os docentes alteraram o modo de abordagem dos temas a tratar, adaptando as atividades, recursos e estratégias anteriormente utilizadas, para o ambiente online. Acreditamos que as formações desempenham um importante papel no sentido de promover a partilha de estratégias de dinamização da sala de aula virtual e de interação.

[en] This article sets out possible relationships between training with online education and teaching practices, reflecting on how the training has caused changes in teaching practices and how it has influenced the teachers when they had to structure and plan their curricular units. Teachers have changed the way they approach the issues to be discussed, tailoring activities, resources and strategies used for the on-line environment. We believe that training plays an important role in promoting the sharing of strategies for energizing the virtual and interaction classroom.
