[pt] O pensamento político de Hannah Arendt vem emergindo, nos diversos campos do saber, como importante leitura e reflexão acerca das possibilidades da Política enquanto ação em concerto na realização do interesse comum. O amplo horizonte da teoria arendtiana indica também, pelo resgate e valorização da dimensão interpessoal da aparência, a constituição de uma ética cuja perspectiva se funda no cuidado e responsabilidade para com o mundo público, no reconhecimento de que a cidadania se realiza na presença inexorável da pluralidade humana. No conjunto da obra arendtiana sobressai a orientação de amor pelo mundo, noção esta, no entanto, ainda pouco esclarecida em seu pensamento. Neste sentido, este estudo se propõe a compreender o significado do que Arendt denomina por amor mundi. Nesta perspectiva, a investigação percorre a compreensão da Política segundo esta pensadora, na tentativa de encontrar pistas que possam levar ao sentido original deste termo. Com este objetivo, visita-se sua trajetória intelectual, aborda-se os principais temas com os quais ela opera o sentido da liberdade política e seu autêntico esforço para compreender a problemática da relação entre Filosofia e Política na tradição do pensamento. Neste itinerário, vamos descobrindo o sentido do amor enquanto um princípio inspirador que, unificando reflexão e ação, é capaz de atualizar as condições da liberdade política e, assim, do próprio mundo enquanto comunidade plural dos homens.

[en] Hannah Arendt´s political thought arises in a several fields of knowledge, as a important reading and reflexion about the possibilities of political as action in repair at realization of the mutual interest. The wide horizon of the Arendt´s theory also indicates, by the rescue and recovery of the interpersonal dimension of appearance, the establishment of a ethics whose perspective is based on the care and responsability to the public world, the recognition that citizenship takes place in the inexorable presence of human plurality. In Arendt´s oeuvre stands the guidance of love for the world, a concept, however, still not very clear in their thinking. Thus, this study aims to understand the meaning of what Arendt called the amor mundi. In this perspective, the investigation covers the understanding of politic under this thinker, trying to find clues that could lead to the original meanig of this term. To this end, a visit of her intellectual trajectory, addresses the main issues with witch it operates the meaning of political freedom and her genuine effort to understand the issue of the relationship between philosophy and politics in the tradition of thought. On this journey, we discover the meaning of love as a fundamental principle tha unifies thought and action, is able to update the conditions of political freedom, and thus the world itself as a plural community of people.
