[pt] Este artigo pretende analisar aspectos dos processos tecnológicos de inovação, com a utilização do conceito de paradigma de Thomas Kuhn e adaptações desse conceito como paradigma tecnológico e paradigma informacional. Com base nesta análise, a proposta é a de refletir sobre a hipótese defendida por pensadores como Lessig e Benkler, de que as inovações possibilitadas pelo design de ferramentas colaborativas e o compartilhamento em massa na internet permitem renegociar os termos da liberdade e da justiça, criando um nova ordem global. Neste sentido, a compreensão dos processos de inovação pode fornecer fundamentos teóricos para avaliar o teor utópico da hipótese.

[en] The article intends to analyze the aspects of the technological process innovation, using the Thomas Kuhn concept of paradigm and the adaptation of this concept as technological paradigm and informational paradigm (paradigm of information). Based on this, the purpose is to conceive the hypothesis introduced by, for instance, Lessig and Benkler, that the cooperation and sharing enabled by mass internet result in an opportunity of renegotiating freedom and justice, creating a new global order. The analysis of the innovation process provides a theoretical framework for understanding the present utopian moment of the emerging paradigm of social production.
