Resumo
[en] This text gathers the first considerations developed in a
case study that aims to analyze the institutional
singularities and the schooling processes in one of the most
prestigious public schools in the city of Rio de Janeiro.
Based on the fieldwork carried out from august to December
of 2007, I present a collection of perceptions, dispositions
and feelings produced after socialization with those who
participate in the school`s day-to-day life. These aspects
are considered to be relevant in the studies about
school climate and can be detached as factors that promote
differentiation in school quality and integrate the analysis
about the institutional environment.
