For years I have followed my family directing a small factory which today is specialized in a marriage souvenir called Bem Casado. Although today they only manufacture one product, the manufacturing has gone through different stages with different types of products and events, and each change, requires a new adaptation of the production. I could see them working and preparing a new arrangement for each step efficiently, the proof is that the factory is still working and earning profits. However, despite functioning effectively, I believe that the process can be further optimized in order to increase our capacity. Although modifying the layout of the production as it was possible, it was never created a specific solution for it, because there was knowledge for this. Now, with the knowledge acquired during the Mechanical Engineering course, I chose to work on a critical point of the process , in order to create a solution that meets all the requirements of our product and optimize the results. Remembering that engineering has as its main aspect to solve problems, as objectively and practical as possible, since it meets the objectives. Thus, the project developed here should turn the factory production more practical and effective, generating less effort and higher profits to the company.
