The problem of waste disposal - even with several laws that support the enforcement actions in this area - still shows far from a definitive solution. For the entire waste cycle is complete causing less damage to the environment, changing habits, reviewing existing practices and the organization of a system that deals with the origin of discarding the return of materials to production chain is necessary. The condos are large generators of waste, as they bring together in one place many people consuming and not always aware of the importance of proper disposal of waste. On the other hand, this group of people gathered concentrated waste in one place, favors the construction of collective actions and the dissemination of the same for the common good. Search best practices and experiences in condos that have implemented the Selective Collection was a starting point, coupled with field research and theoretical framework, to present a proposal to implement a system of selective collection for the Condo Queen Rachel in Rio de Janeiro. This proposal involves the creation of a visual identity, developing an information system and dynamic environmental education, choice of equipment and space definition to placing them on the Condominium and the identification of a support team to maintain the system. The new proposals could be multiplied in other condos and thus enlarged the actions responsible and conscious about the environment, generating benefits for all involved.
