This work analyzed the impact of data automation and document management in the public sector, with a case study at Hospital Municipal Miguel Couto. Using the CRISP-DM methodology, it was possible to implement an interactive Dashboard based on the Kanban system, which organized the document flow, brought visibility to the stages and facilitated the monitoring of activities. The results showed that automation promoted greater efficiency and clarity in the document processing process, although challenges such as network security and limited infrastructure still represent barriers to innovation. Interviews with employees highlighted management benefits and suggested improvements, such as the addition of performance indicators to deepen the analysis of document flows. For new studies, it is recommended to explore digital transformation in other areas of the municipal public sector, such as Education and Infrastructure, aiming to create a more modern and data-driven public administration.
