Academic research in the area of youth and politics have pointed out that the traditional political path has been rejected as a participatory way by the vast majority of young Brazilians. Also causes and flags, according to the same reflections, acquire more local action, especially strong presence in neighborhoods and schools, setting up new spaces and forms of engagement. Based on these settings, this research sought to understand the actual meaning of student societies, because these associations are historically knowning for harboring the first experience and youth policy. Seeking to focus on the meanings created by the young people themselves, the researcher chose as research methodology case study in a religious school Catholic of Rio de Janeiro, using the methodological framework, Robert Yin (2010). The policy concept used three conceptions: the relationship friend-enemy (BOBBIO, 1986), as a strategy of coexistence (PARO, 2002, 2010) and transformative action, arising from reviews of the subjects of the research. The student association was understood as a political organization because the focus of research took the political dimension of their activities, especially the relationship between the students and the coordination of the school. This situation was understood like Political Game school. This research move away from traditional conceptions that limit the concept of politics to political institutions. The researcher believes that the study extends the understanding of the interface between youth policy.
