The advance of capitalism greatly increased the pace of people s consumption, in turn, industries had to expand their production and adapt to the advancement of machinery to deliver demand. Along with this expansion of production, the industries maintenance system evolved and needed to adapt to the new reality. Maintenance is a major daily challenge in an industry. If thorough work is not done to structure plans and draw up predictive and corrective maintenance strategies, the medium and long-term cost becomes unpredictable. This work shows a practical case in which the equipment technology became outdated, and its maintenance would generate high costs for the industry. Using a large part of the dismantling materials from other equipment, a new metal conveyor table was constructed to replace the roller table. In order to analyze the feasibility of the project, a budget was made for the maintenance of the old equipment and one for the purchase of new parts that would be used for the new equipment. With the results, it was concluded that it would be more advantageous to replace the equipment with a simpler and more modern system. With the beginning of the structuring of a new metal conveyor table, it was necessary to carry out project modeling and carry out simulations using Solidwoks software to guarantee the success of the project. The designed equipment is responsible for forwarding the draft beer barrels from the filling line to the palletizer and then being taken to the consumer market. The study obtained brought security to carry out the assembly and guarantee the operation of the equipment without the risk of not supporting the weight of the barrels.
