This article seeks to explain what a minoritarian perspective on bureaucracy might consist of, that is, an understanding that is not exactly an external critique of bureaucracy, but an immanent reversal of its procedures by accelerating its own criteria. It is this reversal that Deleuze and Guattari seem to have exposed, a process whose intelligibility, according to the hypothesis of this text, can be clarified by looking at Gilbert Simondon s conception of anxiety. The first step is to take a specific flight over the reception that Deleuze and Guattari make of Franz Kafka s work, illuminating this reception from the angle of the relationship between bureaucracy and the minoritarian question. In this conception, minoritarian writing does not seek to denounce a hidden content, but to expose what is dismantled and transformed in the very act of being presented, since it only works performatively when it is not explicitly thematized. In a second moment, we will turn to Gilbert Simondon and the concepts of anxiety and transindividual to think about what meaning can be given to Deleuze and Guattari s affirmation of this power of acceleration that resides in the encounter between minoritarian writing and bureaucracy. The fact that this differential relationship can generate a certain acceleration is what, it seems to us, can be retroactively clarified by this return to Simondon s work. We will argue that minoritarian acceleration is inseparable from a transindividual regime of relations that is born of its own precariousness, making this precariousness not the negative obstacle but the positive sign of a potential that has not yet been used.
