COMBINATIONS OF CONTINUOUS TIME FUNCTIONS

INTRODUCTION

The objective of this object is to study the combinations of three discrete time functions to create new functions. The three functions are important because properties of systems and the mathematical methods used to study them; Laplace and Fourier Transforms are two examples. Impulse and step responses of linear systems are examples too.

The three functions are the unit impulse, the unit step and the unit ramp.

 
The combinations of functions are performed online in real time using Scilab (https://www.scilab.org/). Scilab is connected to the Maxwell System so that it executes its functions using this system as its front end to the Internet.
